Shipping and Return/Refund Policy

Shipping

All orders ship direct from our California warehouse. We ship most orders with USPS First-Class or Priority depending on size. Smaller orders usually ship via USPS First Class Package, and larger orders usually ship via USPS Priority Mail. We package and ship orders as soon as they are received, so If you need to cancel an order please notify us immediately. 

 

Free Shipping - For orders $100 or more.

$2.99 Flat Rate Shipping - For all orders under $100

Lipo Batteries - All orders for Lipo Batteries and products containing Lipo Batteries will be shipped using UPS ground, with no exceptions.

 

Shipping Transit time

Western half of the United States - usually 2-3 business days or less

Eastern half of the United States - usually 3-5 business days or less

 

Most orders are shipped same day*

Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday ship the same day.

Orders placed before 3pm Saturday ship the same day.

*Exceptions:

  • Orders placed after 3pm Saturday ship Monday AM
  • Orders placed during Federal Holidays will also be delayed by 1 day.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened unused merchandise only. Once the item has been opened, we will not accept returns for any reason. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns unless the item is defective upon receipt. Returns will only be accepted once an RMA number has been issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds for unwanted merchandise will not include our cost for shipping. Refunds for orders placed with free shipping, will be minus our actual cost of shipping the items.

Refunds and Replacements

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt, defective merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days for return or replacement. Beyond 14 days from receipt of merchandise, we are no longer responsible for replacement or refunds. Refunds  or replacement will only be accepted once an RMA number has been issued, and the items are shipped back to us at buyers cost. Once the RMA'd Items are received, we will inspect them and make a determination as to the validity of the return and or replacement claim. If we determine that the items in question are not deffective or have been installed or used, we will not issue refund or replacement. in these cases, the items can be shipped back to you at your cost, or disposed of.
